Starting with millet cultivated through friendly contract farming in Guangfu, Hualien, TOMU combines traditional rice wine and sake brewing techniques to continuously explore a uniquely Taiwanese language of alcohol. To us, wine is more than flavor—it is a continuation of culture, a story of land and time, and a medium for passing on blessings between people.
At this year’s expo, TOMU will present several of our representative selections, showcasing the layered expressions of millet across different brewing styles. We look forward to sharing our brewing philosophy and the stories behind each bottle with visitors at the show.
