“TOMU” combines traditional Taiwanese millet wine with Japanese sake brewing techniques. Using glutinous millet organically grown by small farmers in eastern Taiwan, it applies sake brewing methods to merge two distinct traditions and present a brand-new appearance.
Incorporating elements of mountains and grain crops, the traditional craftsmanship is made tangible and integrated into people’s daily lives.
“Wang” originates from the “TOMU Project,” conveying the idea of gazing forward and looking into the distance,
“Shan” expresses the brand’s love for and aspiration toward nature, symbolizing its foundation and its respect and concern for the natural environment.
“Sui” symbolizes abundance and harvest, carrying auspicious meaning in Taiwanese culture.
TOMU hopes to bring wonderful results and blessings, conveying the wish of “may everything go smoothly for you.”
