This bottle carries a story of genuine friendship.
We selected yuzu from Yuli, Hualien — grown by a farmer who happened to be the founder Tutu’s fellow soldier during his military service. His orchard yields over 60,000 jin of yuzu each year, and from that, we carefully chose about 2,000 jin to craft this sparkling wine.

The brewing process was far from simple: each yuzu was meticulously peeled, the pulp pressed for juice, and the rind candied to extract its natural fragrance. The result was then slowly blended with freshly fermented millet wine. This labor-intensive process preserves the fruit’s unique freshness and layered aroma within the drink.

On the palate, delicate bubbles lift a gentle yuzu fragrance. The finish reveals a hint of bittersweet zest and spice — reminiscent of that crisp citrus aroma lingering on your fingertips after peeling a yuzu during Mid-Autumn. With an 8% alcohol content, it’s light yet expressive, perfectly pairing with grilled meats or rich, oily dishes for a refreshing balance.
