Using TOMU Millet Sake as the base, this unique creation incorporates chrysanthemum from Taitung, gently simmered to release its floral sweetness, and is then blended with honey-scented black tea rice wine from Alishan.
The finished millet wine is infused with chrysanthemum petals through low-temperature simmering, fully capturing their delicate fragrance. Finally, during the distillation of the Japonica rice wine, Alishan honey-scented black tea is added to carry its aroma into the final blend.
When tasting, you will first notice the rich rice aroma of millet. On the palate, a full, sweet chrysanthemum note emerges, followed by a slowly releasing tea fragrance. Once swallowed, the mellow rice flavor returns with a pleasant sweetness.
